Loaded PotRoast Baked Potato

This is my favorite version of pot roast and mashed potatoes. I post this on my instagram one day and got tons of emails and IM's on where they can get the recipe. So here it is. 


Loaded PotRoast Baked Potato

Makes 4-6 Servings
Ingredients:

4-6 Russet Potatoes
EVO(extra virgin oilive oil)
Salt
1/8 tsp of Minced Garlic per potato
1 recipe of my Simple Crockpot PotRoast

Garnish Options:

Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Green Onions
Fresh Parsley

Optional: Butter, Salt and Pepper to season potato


Directions:

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Wash and scrub potatoes clean, dry them.





Place each potato on a piece of foil. Pierce deep slits 3-4 times on each side. 


Drizzle EVO over potatoes, add salt, garlic. 




Wrap and place in oven. Bake 45-60 minutes or till when gently squeezed in the middle(using a pot holder). Potato gives in.




Once done, squeeze open or cut open. You can season with S & P and butter or NOT. 



Top with PotRoast, your favorite garnish and enjoy. 




Its the best thing since a Loaded Baked Potato. Happy Eating
